1. Grant of License:
This license agreement ("Agreement") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the BoxNest software ("Software") developed by Kyle Seaford for personal or business use.

2. Restrictions:
You may not:
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Distribute, sublicense, lease, or rent the Software or any portion of it.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Software.

3. Ownership:
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software and any copies thereof are owned by Kyle Seaford. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

4. Warranty Disclaimer:
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Kyle Seaford disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Kyle Seaford be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use of the Software.

6. Termination:
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Kyle Seaford if you fail to comply with any term(s) herein. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control.


By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, promptly uninstall the Software and destroy all copies.
